  2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  2. We may refuse, cancel, or limit quantities of any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity).
  3. Once an order is placed, it may enter processing quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

    • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
    • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
    • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by errors.

    4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
    • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
    • If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we'll help you take next steps with the carrier.

    5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    Our return/refund rules are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

    6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & COLORS
    We do our best to display product details accurately. However:

    • Colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.
    • Measurements and product details may have minor variations.

    7. MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS

    Some items may be made to order. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

    • Production begins after purchase.
    • Order changes/cancellations may not be possible once production starts.

    8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

    • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
    • Promotions may be modified or ended at any time.
    • We may void discounts if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

    9. USER CONTENT (REVIEWS, COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS)

    If you submit content (reviews, comments, photos, etc.), you agree:

    • You own or have permission to share it.
    • It does not violate any rights or laws.
    • We may use, reproduce, and display it for marketing and store operations (unless prohibited by law).
