Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with The M.A.C.K Mindset ("we," "us," "our").

1) Processing Time

Many of our items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before your order ships (processing time does not include shipping time).

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.

2) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after your order ships

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4) Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available)

5) Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Address changes after an order is placed

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has already entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

6) Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can:

  • Reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Refund the order minus shipping costs (if a refund is approved)

7) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package is delivered but you can't locate it:

  1. Check around your property and with household members/neighbors.
  2. Contact the carrier to request details (GPS/ photo when available).
  3. Email us and we'll help you with next steps.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with filing claims when possible.

if tracking shows your package is stuck in transit or appears lost, contact us and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.

8) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

9) International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations and rates are show

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Delivery timelines may vary.
