Refund & Return Policy
Effective date: January 10, 2026
This policy applies to purchases made from The
M.A.C.K Mindset ("we," "us," "our").
1) Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We will make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong item
2) Return/Issue Window
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3) How to Request a Refund/Replacement
Email our support team with:
- Your order number
- The item name(s)
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (required for damage/defect/wrong item claims)
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- A replacement (preferred when available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
4) Refund Timing
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank/payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days after approval.
5) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (except in cases of damage/defect/wrong item:
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care
6) Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the issue is our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will cover the cost to reship a replacement when applicable.
7) Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because items may go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't locate it:
- Please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.
- If it still can't be found, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with filing a claim when possible.
9) Chargebacks
We're always happy to help resolve issues. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to make it right.
